Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and selected method.

Risk of Spoilage

While our beef jerky is shelf-stable, temperature, humidity, and transit time can affect quality.

We strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping to help maintain freshness, especially in extreme weather conditions.

By ordering, you acknowledge this risk. We are not responsible for spoilage due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control unless the product arrives unsafe to consume upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require additional payment for reshipping.

Refunds will not be issued for perishable products returned for these reasons.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
